Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Operation and monitoring of packing machines
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine breakdowns
• Ongoing technical maintenance and optimization of the production flow
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure the highest possible efficiency on the packing line

Qualifications

We are looking for a technical operator with a strong mechanical understanding and troubleshooting ability. Perhaps you are someone who has previously worked as a car mechanic or has a hobby of tinkering with technical gadgets in your spare time and now feels eager to take the next step into a production environment. You will work in Mondelez production, where the focus will mostly be on older mechanical machines.

This is an operator role with a technical focus, where you will be a key person in production and the obvious contact point for issues on the packing line.

To be suitable for this position, you should also meet the following qualifications:

• Have previous experience in mechanical/technical work
• Be skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Enjoy tinkering and have a technical interest
• Have experience in maintenance work (meritorious but not required)
• Be responsible and enjoy having an overview
• Have a B driver's license and access to a car
• Can communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing 
• Completed upper secondary education, or alternatively 1 year of work experience
• Can work all types of shifts, including permanent night shifts.
